The Société Française du Cinéma was created to promote human rights and raise awareness. As a producer and distributor, we guarantee the independence of our editorial line. Through our productions, we defend a certain kind of auteur cinema, the arts, music, literature and all forms of artistic expression. Our films seek to contribute to the promotion of human rights, combat discrimination and help build a fairer, more egalitarian society. We seek to encourage cultural diversity and freedom of expression, while drawing on the values of France’s Enlightenment heritage. In addition to its production and distribution activities, our company also manages international sales.
